I have no interest to become a real landlord. Just because my house will be sold in big loss, rental just temperary solution. Current mortgage is arm, will expire in 2012. But I have no confident that house value will come back in 2012, so plan to re-finance to hold a little longer to sell. So should I really care about negative cashflow?
