thanks, how about keep on reset

I will started to shop around then. How about keep on reset for next 5 or 6 years? Will the floating rate always be lower than 30 year fixed rate? Our current morgage reset rate is similar to the fixed 30 year rate: pay $500 per month for base, then 3.**% interest.
