15 years ago, I had an interest in gas stations, but later decided not to, too many variables can't control, most of the money are make of convenient store items, not gas...

but I had a friend, owns 2, both locate near trailer parks and apartment complexes, great money makers. haha, actually, one of his rental burn down, and the fire caught on one of my rental, and burn down my garage..
