大家看看这个真便宜的商业地产可不可以做 ?

纽约洲中部近三万人口城市, 近居民点, 8英亩, 近十万尺strip mall, big parking lot, current owner occupy 25000 sq ft (dollar store) and willing to pay 36000 per yr to the new buyer, all other space currently vacate, built in 1973 and need some cosmetic works, asking price 30万. 总地税每年一万五千. Is it possible to rent all the other vacate spaces out at low rent ? Other ideas are to remodel some spaces as 中餐馆, 洗衣店等. 欢迎大案看看还有什么办法增加收入 ?
