俺老地主最成功的一笔投资.今天正式签约.

最高时每个买$120K.
多数在2006和2007卖$90K.

现在市面上卖$15K.

俺老地主把银行手里剩下的11个单位全买下了.

每个一万美元!

更成功的是,银行贷款给俺$95K.十二年固定利率. 3.5%. 对了. 3.5%.

每月租金付完PITI和其它费用,略有盈余.

俺几乎可以肯定,十二年后,它们能涨到....俺不说.

反正俺家小儿子的学费不成问题了.
