Per comvention, seller shall pay the listing agent about 6% commssion, then, listing agent shall split some commssion (normally 50 / 50 or 2.5% ~3%)to the buyer agent. If that case, buyer agent shall not charge commission to the buyer again. But if buyer agent can't get listing agent's commission split, e.g, FSBO, etc., then, buyer agent can charge buyer for commission. In that case, the purchase price shall below market price to reflect this adjustment.
