美国房子数目： 67百万 （300M population, 67% house ownership, 3 persons per household)
美国房市总价值： $169000X70=$11.3Trillion

结论：十个北京房产价值就可买下整个美国住宅房产 （数字仅是粗略估算，but should be in the ballpark. The multiple could be in the range of 8-15)

历史如此类似，20年前日本房产也能买下整个美国。
