大家觉得联邦工作，有什么好处和坏处？

我好些年前短期见识过，当时觉得是浪费生命，有机会去，我拒绝了。现在又被游说，主要说是福利好，有pension,还有好的医保，远比medicare强，工作轻松。我现在发现自己脑力大不如以前，不知道是不是轻松的工作更合适。如果去联邦政府工作，多大岁数之后比较适合？目前有非常稳定的工作，那种你不走人能一直呆到退休。
