then you have no choice. Probably the best to do is

to early terminate the remaining leases and get all wiring changed at the same time.

A 4 plex you may not be able to wire one unit  without disturbing the other units (say you have to break some walls ,  ceilings, etc.)

The cost of doing 4 separately will be much much higher than do all at once.
