If you have a roller over IRA account(s)

You need to be careful. Because when IRA calculate the pretax, it includes all of your IRA accounts. You could end up with a big tax bill.

It is simply too complicated to me. Lol...

If your employer offers Roth 401k, just contribute to that. When you move another job, move to Roth IRA.
