话说到昨天下了班去了一趟Marshall 办公室 填了5 days notice . 花了$30 让警察送过去。 我就回家了。 下午租客还来信问 “ So you’re not gonna let me pay rent? ”
我没理她。 因为自从她搬进去这三个月 我见她的面 接她的短信 比其他租客五年的都多。 周日刚花了$63 给她换了没有坏的水龙头，当时我就杀心已起，本来想把她扔给管理公司，满一年以后大涨房租。谁知道她自己把9号答应的房租又要推到16号，我就再也不会回复她了，直接走驱逐。
讲实话 我工作很忙 现在房子也不好租 所以对她真的一忍再忍。她还动不动就给我 by law by law ....
还以为我怕她搬。 所以一个劲儿欺负。 也许我长得太年轻 她不知道她奶奶还是她奶奶
今天是9号了。 一天没消息，其实我也烦，快到感恩节了 要出门旅游 还要走之前去set up court day ..... 然后晚上六点开车回家 到家发现有她的一个未接电话 还有两个短信 是这样说的 ： If I can pay rent tomorrow morning will you withdrawal the eviction?" " Just let me know I can send tomorrow morning"
我琢磨了一会 决定退一步 原因有两个 1）现在的确房子很难出租 2） 看起来她真害怕了。而且还在意驱逐记录。也许还没有那么烂。
所以我说 “If you pay tomorrow morning , need pay full month rental for November, plus two water bills you owed , plus late fee 3% each day . $900 + $96.37 + $68.03 + $135 .And also I future , each month rental need pay on 1st or before , if 3rd I m not receive rental , 4th will directly do eviction . No any excuse . This is not threatening. This is what said on lease . Also about your dog thing, I asked you move to another unit in order to have dog . And you said no. I already told the story to my lawyer. I m not worry about it .”
她回复说 “ I can send the 1066 in the morning I do not have the 135$ at the moment but I can try to get it as soon as I possibly can is that ok?”
我简单说 “ OK”
她说“Ok thank you so much! I will send it tomorrow someone is letting me borrow will have them put it in my account tomorrow morning and I will send you! Might be mid afternoon”
我就没有再说话。 看看吧....现在先这样。 其实面对的客户是什么样子 我们怎么处理 是nice 还是mean ， 只有我们自己才知道。 她刚搬进去就开始晚交费 我也没有要过late fee .... 我自以为nice 其实一切应该遵守lease ,就不会有这些烦恼。说到底 还是现在房客不好找 心里没信心 硬不起来。 但是，真把我惹急了 我想了 花钱赔钱我都不在乎 也要把她踢出去。
所以 不犯罪 但有时候 硬的还怕不要命的。 不愿意找麻烦 但不要怕麻烦。
