刚才在开车 接着写我这个驱逐的故事

此人说三号不交房租改成九号 又说9号交不了要改成16号 我想了想决定驱逐。我把事情给我的邻居讲了 他是退休的Marshall. 他给我说要驱逐 因为这个人 is playing you now. 

我们这里现在真的不太好找租客 就因为这个我才容忍了她两个月找渣。 所以决定驱逐。 

她开始口气很硬 I have a doctors note stating that I was sick and you threatening me with eviction isn't gonna make my check come any faster but if you feel like you need to evict me, you can go ahead because I will show up in court with all of my documents, including how you disregarded a legal letter and about the leak in the lease and the disrespect so that's on you。 （ 其中说的letter的事情 是说她的狗的问题 我以前的帖子有）然后她说 I can either pay in full on the 16th or I'll see you in court。

我没有回复。 然后昨天晚上她说“Please just let me pay my rent on the 16th I didn’t get sick on purpose. I will pay it it’s not like I’m just not gonna pay it. I have been communicating with you about it.  So please just let me pay it and don’t do an eviction ”

我没有回复。 今天中午下班我去Marshall office 填写了5 days notice , 花了$30 让警察把单子今天送过去。 （我可以自己去送，免费的。 但我决定花钱。 警察去给她心里压力）

然后刚才她又短信给我 “So you’re not gonna let me pay rent? ” 

我没有回复。

我以前答应她9号付。 今天是8号。 但她这几天的短信已经明确表示这周她不会付款。 所以我今天evict我也不觉得不妥当。 而且走到这一步我也不会再回头， 明日就算她付款，我留下水费，房租也会退回。 

对吗？
