继续问火灾修缮的问题

因为火扑灭的及时，所以只是一小块面积的Drywall在消防员灭火的时候敲了几个大洞，二楼走道的墙壁和天花板被烟熏黑了，其它几个房间有很重的烟味。所以我想问问被烟熏黑的墙壁要换新的Drywall吗？能不能不换drywall，只用odor block刷一遍，再重新油漆一下呢？房子的烟味准备请duct cleaning公司来清理duct，再用air scrub机器来除味是否可行？
