我的直觉是应该把15万都付在首付里，即使利息稍高一点，交税不好，多买一个房也不是好选择，房价看着可能会撑不住。

我的三个房差不多拿到10%的折扣，这让我稍感安慰。我判断房价回调会在25%以内。

目前的情形我有思想准备（在坦里提过好几次了），还能按部就班地行动，没乱步子。哈哈
