The rent is $1890. She told me, she will pay $1000, and the Housing Authority will pay the rest.
They are pretty easy going, and feel comfortable by communication. Just I had never deal with Section 8.
I know the Housing Authority will inspect our house.
I feel our house is slightly modified by previous owner buy pushing one side wall to 3 feet outside. If they come to inspect, will it cause any problem, for example, reporting to somewhere and force me have to restore the house to the original shape or obtain permit, etc?
The rest things shouldn't be a problem, this is my concern it may cause some side effect to let them to inspect.
