                       Thanks for reaching out, we are interested in renting the property at ********VA, 20170 on 3 to 5 years lease and continue to renew, we are corporate housing company, we specialize in vacation rentals, we have over 45 vacation homes with corporate leases in DC, Nothern Virgnia, Maryland and Delaware , we have corporate leases in multiple cities with property owners, we provide adequate stay for airline staffs, pilots, air hostess, military family and other business and work travelers we provide them adequate Hospitality. We only have guests from 6 days-20 days in a month so no wear and tear to the property, we have good recommendations from property owners.

 

We will be signing master lease and guarantee the rent through the term of the lease regardless of the occupancy rate and there are enough funds to cover the rent through the term of the lease at the lease signing, we do offer our homeowners up to 6-12 postdated checks at a time and you can just deposit each check every first of the month or electronic payment to landlord's account every first of the month if you prefer the option.

 

Regardless of the occupancy rate, the monthly rent is guarantee and will be paid through the term of the lease and we do take care minor maintenance without bothering our landlords.

 

We do not charge homeowner any fees and we do not charge any commission; REALISTIC INVESTORS LLC handles the property management; we will assign one of our Team members as POC ( Point of Contact ) which will be communicating with you regarding your property if you have any questions.

 

We will be furnishing the house; we have interior d?cor company that does the furnishing for us.

 

Basically, we do all the management work including paying all the utilities at the company expense, we do little maintenance , we have teams of professional cleaners that will always clean the house to the highest of hygiene standards with 250-point inspections so your home will always be in impeccable condition, and we have a team that does yards and mow the lawn every 2 weeks.
