Section 8的SIDE DEAL 的UPDATE：多收了三五斗。。如何最大限度的拿到租金。

昨天发帖问了一下那个差价问题。

就是我要的房租比HOUSING approved高。这种情况下，即便租户愿意自己补差价，你也不能租。

解决问题的办法就是：

把车库租出去。

其实，我连车库都没有的。。 准备把后院清理出一个车位的地方，铺点石头，可以停车。

有相同情况的地主，可以试一试。

先写信给HOUSING说明情况。参考我的wording。你看，我没有车库，我只说了parking space。。

I have an off street parking space. The tenant intends to rent it for $250 and she agreed to pay from her own pocket. Can I add it as an addendum in the lease or should I have a separate contract?

今早，Housing 回答了。同意了。

Good morning,

      Ok that is just fine.  We will need you to re-fill out page one of the attached RFTA form so we may proceed.

You may address the parking in an addendum as you can charge or additional fees for parking as long as it is specifically defined in the lease.
