房产投资机会

某地 Realtor 给我寄了个投资机会：

22 unit building for 3.5 million

The going market price for one unit is around 260-280K

The going market rent for one unit is around 1.6K/month

These units can do Airbnb short-term rental (no license required in that location).  If doing STR, the going market rent is about 2-3K/month

该不该下手？真希望你们大地主参与，我就在边上凑一份子。年纪太大了，学不了掏粪了

【对不起大家。seller 与 broker 沟通不够，信息错误。有些units隔了墙可以分开做airbnb，算成两个、三个units了。根本没有below market】
