请教一下 Wage Garnishment

首先，法庭判对方欠我钱，我现在有了对方工作的公司，也有对方的copy of W2.

对方发工资的总部在加州（对我来说是外地），那怎么才能找到哪个部门、哪个人接收我的court garnishment paper? 我们的法庭规定要 served（Serve the required forms on the garnishee）。

对方工作的公司的名字是 Veyo, 一家出租车公司。发W2 的公司叫 LJ Leasing, Inc.，Veyo。 

是不是直接发到 W2 上面的公司，地址上面再加 Payroll Dept. ? 但是具体的收件人怎么写？
