Sewer break after foundation repair

上次上来讲过，一个900尺的小破房，foundation repair 4 inch off, PVC pipe. 当时就觉得sewer break是大机率，果然现在用camera查出来，断了两处，要打大约18 feet的tunnel. 我的general contractor帮我向plumber争取了一个优惠价，$3900搞定一切。
所以下次修foundation, 如果超过4 inch, 不用心存侥幸，budget直接加上sewer repair cost. 我目前为止超过4 inch的两个房子都修了sewer，cast iron pipe破的更多。
