完蛋了bid了一个需要大修的房子。

没看，没做title search。Listing 说need major rehab. 以前有人Try to rehab the house but failed.

想要Bid的另一个房子和另一个人在不断bid.最后我放弃了。一气之下就bid了这个。没想到，这个房子没人和我争，我只出了最低价，但是居然赢了。
