有一种踩空的感觉

钱马上要到手，但是找不到可以买的房子了。

商业building问过10家，没有一个能到8%。昨天说的那个更是可怜，5% 都不到，vacancy rate 很高。如果全租出去是不错。但是太偏僻，没什么希望。

大家认为这个教堂怎么样？ 好地段，高大上，18000尺。很贵，但是如果改成multifamily出租房. 价值翻倍。
