出租房给tenant agent多少钱好呢？

房子在拉斯维加斯，直接list到Zillow和Craigslist，租金1700，因为社区好，房子好，要的租金比较低，第一天就有N个人打电话过来要看房。其中有一个是agent带的房客，空军，信用很好。agent问我们给多少钱的介绍费。想问这种情况大家通常给多少比较合适？多谢！
