Smoke detector 宾州是什么规定？10年必须换新的吗？battery only 可以吗？我

约了电工，不知道他能否做，以前叫过一个没换成因为关不了电，我已经问了HOA， building power 在哪里，希望有答复

还有其他方法吗？
