南湾两房两卫一个小公寓，非白玉，也非白菜。刚把上一家老印请走了，登了广告，30个人问，27个还是老印（哭死）。上一家老印夫妇人很好，但太太太脏。我只能给他们下通知让他们走了。

下面是一个西裔女的给发的信。网上查了一下，她以前在law firm做，一直做paralegal. 请大侠们帮着看看这个靠谱么。我从来没有做过section 8。也不知道这种分租，以后请他们走人，或他们自己走，怎么办？怎么捆绑呢？不然女儿走了，留给我一个老太section 8. 怎么办呢？另外我能说我不收section 8么，不违规吧？最近修房弄得头都大了。

I am very interested in the condo available to share with my mother. She is getting older and I do not want her living by herself.

I currently work at a tech company making 90k a year.

My mother has great rental history. She’s been living in the same complex for 18 years, only switching apartments one time, when I moved out as a young adult. She’s currently on section 8, which is basically a guaranteed amount of money every month. We have already spoken to the housing program and they confirmed that we could have a shared home, which housing would pay 1200 on her end and the other tenant (me) would have to make up the difference. The housing just requires a check of the place to ensure the place is livable but the process is maybe only a few days to a week. However, if needed, I could cover any fees upfront.

If you agree to rent to us, we will inform the housing unit and they will need to schedule a time to come and inspect the unit, just to make sure its livable conditions. The process is usually done within a week.

The one extra step on your part would be that there will need to be two separate lease agreements, one for my mom (the section 8 holder) and one for me. Again, I can be responsible for any additional fees and the remaining amount that housing will not cover. We will be coming to the open house this weekend, so we can discuss further then.
