Criminal history

Dept of Transportation requires background check on commercial driver license.  But it didn't say don't hire drivers with criminal history. 

Same applies to landlord.

You have to consider the time of the offense, the seriousness of the crime, and the person's current circumstances. 

The most serious crime was the 1st one, snatching without weapon.  and like you said it's 15 years ago.  If the person can hold down a job for a long time, he should be okay.  

My question though, is why does he need to rent this place, is this for his family?  Druck driver if single, travels a lot and usually don't need a place to stay. 

SUDDEN SNATCH NO WEAPON:  e.g. snatching purse without weapon, like snatch and run. 

TRAFFIC IN STOLEN PROPERTY: e.g. selling the stuff snatched from above. 

RELEASED INMATE: 

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA: e.g. pot smoking pipe

M/FTA POSS MARIJ U/20 GR (SMITH): pot under 20 grams
