当年我是怎么抠门的，现在想起来唏嘘

    04年刚到加拿大，陪读来着好在加拿大f2直接可以工作。一个是穷学生，一个工作四万左右。买菜一个礼拜50块。到处想怎么省钱。 第一个投资房22万三买的，租给7个学生一个月2800 inclusive. 舍不得自己住，和另外一个学生两口子合租两室一厅的apartment，620 包水电合一家两口三百一一个月房租。 这边收两千五那边出三百就这么苦过来了。

      所以不明白中国人为什么十几万要月光
