order tax transcript

The IRS tax transcript, https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript i includes "total deprecation of all properties".  If you only have one rental, you can order tax transcript for the years affected, and obtain your past depreciation.  

If you have more than one rental, it might be more complicated.
