对于同性恋租客大家有什么经验或者建议吗？

一个1000sqfs的三房，有对女同性恋申请人，一个在社会大学上班一个在医院上班，我的公寓（4个units）正好在两地中间，离两个地方都十五分钟远，在特别适合小家庭的安静地带。

我最怕租客太多party、vistor太吵，在公众场合嘬嘴巴抚摸的同性恋也会让楼上楼下有小孩的家庭反感。可是这样的租客也可能对房子damage小，她们喜欢住的话也可能住的久。

同性恋我们此地特别多，我看过的没有上千也有好几百对，但是，还没有做过我的房客。去年我有两三对申请的，拒了。今年又到租房季，想问问大家的建议。
