Go to state corporation commission to look up LLC registration. Any company must have a registered agent to receive legal notifications. Send a letter to the registered agent.
Once they are notified of the dangerous condition of the tree, any damage caused by the tree are covered by their insurance company.
However, before they know the danger, they are not responsible of other's damage from "act of god", including fallen tree.
