改烧气，no worth

depend on where you are and how much you wnat to spend. 4 years new oil burner should last a long time. the most difficault thing for oil heat is you need to know when it is run out oil, which you can add a wifi level detector. add another system may cost a lot as you have to run or change the pipe. you can think to add a multi zone mini split heap pump system for both air condition and heat if you are not in very cold area. you can also think to add a wall mount condensing heat for second floor only and shut off steam rediator there.
