好房？

三单元的房子，两个两卧室，一个studio。满租客，都是学生。叫价239k，租金每月2360。房子很老，但维护得很好，地下室空的，干燥干净。现房主把这个房子给管理公司打理，不知道费用多少。地税每年2300左右。
