诚实的Agent：一个hud房子上市价格低于市场8万需要重新装修。listing agent 说hud不接受任何低于

listing's offer。agent 认为如果不出意外装修需要5万。买家要付卖家的closing cost。这是当地中等价位的4室3卧。

agent 说：The market is turning, so far flip investors' offers are $35,000 or more below the asking price. With listing price I do not think it is a good deal. Hud would keep this price for at least 3 months. When the price drops I will call to let you know.

至少俺知道agent对市场的看法，对装修的估价，对投资的评估。
