这样的multiplex值得买吗？

这个plex has a single family home （在前面， 独立水电表）as well as a duplex （在后面， 公用一个水电表），1973的老房子，卖175000。租金每月三家是700，800，800， 不知道水电包不包。 房子没有看到， 估计老旧。这种结构的房子有什么利弊， 谢谢。
