请教地基问题

车库地面不平， 中间部分凸起，有2条裂缝四周下沉明显，有部分边沿与墙壁脱落，最明显的下沉有2Inc深， gutter里的雨水不往两边的downspout 流，即使用工具把雨水往两边推，雨水也流不过去还会慢慢倒灌回来，应该是两头高中间低造成。车库前面有棵老樱花树，树体距车库约2米。

请问这个问题严重吗，是否要请地基公司专业人员来判定再修？估计花费多少合适。谢谢大家！
