hinge and knob 需要换吗？赠送全新免费微波炉

 

contractor说要用White Oil-Based Interior Sealer, Primer, and Stain Blocker处理所有的门，墙，地板。

 帮我重新油漆所有的door and trim white。我只需要要付$400paint和400人工费。

如果要换hinge and knob 也可以免费帮我换掉。有必要吗？

原来hinge and knob是铜色的。门是棕色的。
