Low voltage wire的问题 新增图片

现在有好几个房间都没电了。开关不好使，但是插座有电。问了几个电工都不会修理。这种情况该怎么办？Home warranty 好像也不cover.

有个电工说需要Whole house rewire.这得上万吧。
