进入六月下旬后，市场突然冷下来了

房子纷纷降价，pending的房子数量减少，原先是bidding war的房子突然没人抢了。Redfin上的hot home本来十个有八个都是一周内pending, 现在突然发现hot home标签不管用了。

这是季节性的还是local market冷却的标志？
