我来贡献一个：租客move out，哪些费用可以从security deposit 扣除

这个白玉房是由本地一家大的property management company 管理的，房客住了两年半，自己买了房子，上个月底搬出，关于扣除押金，看到大家经常有疑问，贡献一下pm 公司都扣除哪些费用，大家可以借鉴一下：

Carpet and tile deep clean $545

Door handle damaged repair $109

Hvac filter replacement x2 $19.98

light bulbs x4 $23.96

touch up paint $894

这些费用都从房客的押金扣除，大约相当于我交的管理费的2/3。
