不知道你住了多久？一般住一年或少于一年会收cleaning fee. 一年以上房子状况还好就不收就当做normal

wear and tear的expense， 一般房东都不喜欢短期的租客，特别是我们这边还要给agent一个月的房租做佣金，再加上cleaning fee 以及搬进搬出空关的时间， 对住一年或少于一年的房客，房东基本上是不赚钱甚至是赔钱的。

你可以说你住多久在搬进前已经告知房东这些和你无关，不过如果合同有写你要出cleaning fee，那你就应该支付这笔费用。我一般都会对一年的租客明确告知会有这笔费用 （在搬入前），如果他住两年或以上就会waive。
