发了疯的租客

最近收到Department of Human Rights and Commission on Human Relations的信。说有一个租客投诉我种族歧视和报复她不和她续租。请大家有这方面经验的帮忙看看。

 

这个租客的租约6月底到期。我4月底就问她是否要续租。她恢复说不想续租。本来她也是一个比较不讲理的租客。也有其他租客抱怨她太吵闹。既然她要走人，我也没有挽留。结果在5月份她又和我联系要续租。那我就拒绝了她的要求。结果她就开始闹起来了。还找了当地的议员办公室和我联系。我都没有搭理。结果这两天收到了Department of Human Rights and Commission on Human Relations的信。这个租客投诉我歧视黑人和报复她不和她续租。要说理我是不会害怕的。我有另外一个3个units的出租屋。里面都是黑人租客。现在这两个部门都要我回应他们的问题。还要做调查。另外我的租客中没有政府资助的房客。

 

1。首先这两个部门的调查结果是否有法律效应？

2. 如果他们的结论 对我不利，会对我有何影响？

3. 如果租约到期她不搬走的话，我是否可以在这两个部门做出调查结果前evict她？

4. 如果她继续交租，我是否应该拒绝？
