有人买过有mold 的房子吗？

最近看了一个房子，南加的，有现金流，好像冰箱水管漏水（具体那里漏不确定）沿着管道的一面墙都泡水了，有mold， 厨房水槽下面也有mold，有有经验的地主吗？seller不修，目前要是就一堵墙有 mold觉得还能扛，就怕拆了以后橱柜下面也有，全部换厨房，那费用就高了。 这样的房子没有经验，会不会拿下来以后去修理费很贵？ 以后出租要有特殊注意的事项？ 请大家给给意见
