出租房的landlord insurance需要包括personal property吗？

发现我的出租房landlord insurance都包括一个Personal Property Protection，一万多美金，但有$1000的deductible。
这个应该是保appliance的，什么情况下可以claim呢？家具和个人物品都是租客的，我买这个有什么用处？是不是可以去掉节省点保费？
