房检归来，房子挺破，不过还凑合

Roof要换，两个厨房全换，四个厕所换sink and cabinet. AC一个还行，叧一个在工作但很旧了。flooring，paint interior and exterior, siding, drywall, fence, window, doors, 等等等等。不包括AC的话三万五能搞定，offer price 22.6万，还要negotiate. 预计租金在$2200-2400左右。

本来两车位carport, 前屋主包了起来，花个两千就可以变成一个garage加一个bonus room. 感觉是个bonus.
