organization租房有什么弊端

we are looking for a home that we can rent to offer supervised overnight respite to children and adults with disabilities. If you have any concerns about damages, we can offer excellent references from our commercial landlord of more than 10 years, and also would be prepared to negotiate a larger than typical damage deposit. My organization would be responsible for signing the lease, paying the rent and looking after the home using our staff.
