招租的过程真是很烦人!

一对小情侣通过了核查信息，本订明天签合同了，他们有一只猫，告诉了他们我的房子只接受一只动物，可今天又被告之还有一只兔子，本想留在父母家，可父母不管，还说是什么治疗她的焦虑症的，还有证书的，可气的是不早说，现在弄得不知道签不签了，怕以后又弄个别的什么动物来，大家帮我看看，怎么回复她！
