新设计3Bed 1bath 觉得比2 Bed 2Bath好

3bed 1bath 有3个优 点

1. popular，租客多 

2. 租金高

3. 装修费用低。

所以我改了设计。

设计一：open concept with large kitchen

 

 

 

设计二：Kitchen with formal dinning area

针对设计一进行了修改，把洗衣房的位置改动了并且移动了冰箱的位置，这样就有dinning area. 个人觉得第二种功 能 性 更 强 更实 用。
