新冰箱的维修费怎么算啊

新买的投资房，上个房主一直是自住，很新的冰箱 （2014年model)。新租户搬进去两个月后告诉我们，冰箱的冷冻室忽然开始结冰。我们在网上查了查，可能原因有几个。因为我和老公都不handy，估计又是叫人来修。这样至少两三百又出去了。

有点觉得郁闷。这不是一般的wearand tear，我们找人来修，最多只能收租户25块的费用。其他都是我们付。这个是不是只能做包子自己消化了？
