还是要不要close的事儿

房价19万6，option period结束前发现去年有一个$16k water claim, 是kitchen dishwasher leak. Seller花了6K做了water restoration, 但insurance claim上的地板，墙，cabinet都没换。我们找了plumber去看，没有其他leak。地板，cabinet之类还算livable，至少之前inspector也没看出啥。

Seller提出给$5K credit instead of $10K difference. 基本是insurance白拿了insurance一万块，愿意分给我们五千。

这种情况拿下这个房子有风险吗？总是觉得有点不对劲，又说不出哪里不对。
