狗地主和会修捣烂木头的地主请进。

这不是地下室，是卧室。外墙漏水估摸有三五年或更久，现在的问题是水泥砖上的木头，
摸着有些发软了。
烂的都在这儿了，约两米，房高8尺。（外墙另外有人修）
几种方法可以修？哪种最好？

contractor提的方案是：先干，然后在烂木头上涂啥东西（忘了名字了，可以变硬防水），
然后用直角木支撑一下，加固。
听起来是最经济的方案，心中没底，求建议。谢！
